We'll supply the ambiance and the music amidst wonderful works of art in every room of the house. And, during warmer weather stroll and relax in the beautiful garden. The gallery is perfect for small and medium sized events where your guests mingle amongst some of Canada's top works of art. The occasion is up to you! Leave the scene up to us! Give us a call. You'll be glad you did! RENTAL OF GALLERY $100.00 per event.
Newsletter Private Functions Testimonials Contact Us Home	SERVICE The service staff at the Van Dop Gallery will take care of your every need! They are friendly, courteous and professional. Minimum of 2 staff per event. All staff are booked for a minimum of four hours (including prep time and clean up). Food service staff and bar tender are $20.00 per hour. Staff costs include gratuities We'll supply all the serving dishes - hand-crafted serving platters, dishes, glasses, cutlery and napkins etc. PAYMENT We require a 50% deposit upon booking event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Cheques or Cash. The balance is due on the day of the event. CANCELLATION POLICY Clients may cancel the event up to 72 hours prior to the event, for a 50% refund of the deposit. After 72 hours the deposit is non refundable. FOOD & BEVERAGES Food We have a sampling of the menus available from hot and cold appetizers to scrumptious nibblies. We can also customize the menu to meet your needs.Suggested minimum number of guests is 15. Lunch $15.00 and up per person Afternoon Tea $ 5.00 and up per person Evening $ 20.00 and up per person Beverages We'll supply tea, coffee, water with lemon and lime and festive punches and mulled apple cider. Alcohol Wine is also available; just let us know your price point. If you'd rather we can arrange a cash bar or you can supply your own alcohol and we'll supply the bartender at $20.00 per hour.
