Using figured Canadian hardwoods such as fiddleback, quilted and spalted
maple, box elder, cherry and black walnut, he creates striking and distinctive
presentation and gift pieces which have won international public and critical
acclaim. His work is sold through selected craft and art galleries across
Canada and through private and corporate commissions. |

professional training is in the visual and audio arts but he is largely
self taught as a craftsman in wood. For the last few years he has devoted
himself fulltime to creating fine artistic and functional lathework and
casegoods.
